Introducing Sydney Sutton, Experience Manager
Her positive attitude and passion for what she does have made her an exciting and inspiring addition to the Simpli field team.
Here’s what led Sydney to Simpli:
I have worked in the hospitality and event sales industry for the last 9 years, and I truly believe I have found my passion! After having my second child, I wanted to find a company that would allow me to grow in my career and spend much needed time with my family – and for the last year, Simpli has provided just that.
What is the most creative experience or programming you have curated for your Property and the tenants?
This upcoming holiday season, I am curating PM’s Tenant Holiday Breakfast, and this is the most creative experience I have planned thus far. I am turning our property game, Cornhole, into “Coal-hole” and I am incentivizing participation by giving tenants additional entry points into December’s in-app giveaway (per coal they get down the chimney).
How do you have fun working here?
I have fun coordinating experiences for property management and tenants.

The 70s. I am a true hippie at heart.
