Introducing Allison Skodi, Workplace Experience Manager & Conference Center Manager
Her passion for the work she does for her clients makes her an exciting and inspiring addition to the Simpli field team.
Here’s what led Allison to Simpli:
I have worked in different aspects of Hospitality for over 10 years. I was drawn to Simpli to have more work-life balance while being able to grow and expand on my previous experience.
How do you have fun working here?
I have fun planning experiences for tenants and assisting tenants and clients with their meetings being held in the conference center.
What is one positive word that describes the Culture at Simpli?
Supportive.
When are you most passionate about your work at Simpli?
When I see the tenants excited and appreciative of the events that I set up for them.

What is next on your bucket list?
Spending a weekend in Shenandoah National Park in a cabin while checking out the sites.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Tacos.
What is your favorite hobby?
I enjoy taking hikes with a waterfall, creek, or beautiful view. 2 of my favorite hikes have been Kaaterskill Falls in NY and Stairway to Heaven in NJ.
