Introducing Allison Rossomondo, Workplace Experience Manager
Her passion for the work she does makes her an exciting and inspiring addition to the Simpli field team.
Here’s what led Allison to Simpli:
I studied business & environmental science/sustainability in college and have a strong interest in the connection between the two. I also love to help others, as I have worked in customer service for 5+ years. Simpli has provided me the opportunity to do all of the above by connecting with companies and sharing my expertise on sustainability, while also helping with their employee engagement.
Do you feel connected to your co-workers at Simpli and why?
Even though we don’t all work in-person together, I feel very connected with my co-workers because everyone is willing to lend a helping hand whenever you need and we lean on each other for support and collaboration! Everyone is also very caring, and we can connect on things outside of work as well.
When are you most passionate about your work at Simpli?
I’m most passionate about my work when I’m connecting with a tenant or client and can help them out right away. It makes me happy that they know they can come to me, and I can help take something off their workload.
What is your definition of workhappy? Provide one example during your time at Simpli.
To me, workhappy means you feel supported by your colleagues and feel like you’re making a positive difference through your work. One example is this month, Simpli is doing a Holiday Spirit Month and it has given me something extra to look forward to each day, while also prioritizing some self-care during the busy holiday season!
Other fun facts to know about Allison
What is next on your bucket list?
I want to start traveling more, even just weekend trips to new, nearby hidden gems. But more specifically, I want to visit San Diego, California, and touch the Pacific Ocean for the first time!
What makes you laugh most?
My dog all day, any day, but also just animal videos in general!
What is your favorite hobby?
My favorite hobby is dancing. I’ve danced my whole life and am currently a Baltimore Blast Cheerleader!
