Through the integration of our tenant experience app enabling event RSVPs, amenity reservations, wellness program sign-ups, and access to exclusive retailer offers, our strategic collaboration with Lerner boosted retail revenue, increased foot traffic, and enriched the community vibrancy.

National Harbor features 350 acres of waterfront resort space on the banks of the historic Potomac River, minutes from the nation’s capital. It’s home to 160 stores, 40 restaurants, an iconic Capital Wheel and two of Maryland’s Four Diamond rated hotels.
It’s also a premium residential destination in the Greater Washington D.C. area with condominiums, apartments and townhomes in seven different on-site locations.
The Results
We launched the Simpli app, a tenant experience platform, for National Harbor residents, streamlining communication and sharing promotions, events, and updates. Partnering with retailers, we crafted over 50 exclusive discounts, encouraging the 2,500 residents to support local businesses.

Valo Park
When the Valo Park team approached us, they were facing significant challenges: a large tenant move-out had led to a substantial 60% vacancy, and the building lacked a cohesive identity, making it difficult to stand out in a competitive market. Our mission was clear - as Valo Park prepared to welcome a new anchor tenant, Appian, they needed a fully-integrated solution that would enhance the tenant experience not only for their newest tenants but current and future companies.
The Results
Once our partnership began with The Tamares Group and Stream Realty Partners (formerly managed by CBRE), Simpli and the onsite experience manager worked closely with the teams to enhance the overall tour experience, build a strong property brand, and establish a vibrant sense of place at Valo Park. Our strategic efforts focused on a robust social media presence, implementing a comprehensive tenant experience app that featured access to unique experiences ranging from social to wellness, and offering concierge services to meet every tenant need. We hosted events that brought the community and prospective tenants to the building, strengthening local connections and enriching the sense of place. The combination of high-end amenities and hospitality-like services have distinguished Valo Park as a trophy class asset in the competitive Tysons market. Today, Valo Park is 95% leased and established as a vibrant and desirable workplace, ensuring its long-term success and sustainability.
